It is used in applications such as ground injection, water-stopping curtain grouting, waterproofing of tunnel and metro structures, basement crack injection and rock consolidation.
By changing the amount of catalyst (hardener), the gel time can be adjusted between 10 seconds and 60 minutes. Fast or slow gelling can be selected according to project requirements.
Acrylic gel injection has a lower viscosity than polyurethane injection and can penetrate finer cracks. It does not expand and is volumetrically stable. Its capacity to form water-stopping curtains is higher.
