1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement has been drawn up between the Seller and the Buyer whose details are set out below, within the framework of the provisions of Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The Buyer is the natural or legal person identified by the name, address, phone and email details declared during the order.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's dryvatec.com.tr website.
The Buyer declares that, prior to placing the order, they have accessed and accepted all information regarding the essential characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery terms of the products subject to sale.
3. Product Information
The products subject to sale are damp-proofing and waterproofing materials. The essential features, contents, instructions for use and unit prices of the products are stated on the relevant product pages of the dryvatec.com.tr site.
- Product images are representative; there may be differences in color and packaging.
- Product prices include VAT.
- Prices may be changed without prior notice; however, the price at the time of the order applies.
- Product supply may change depending on stock availability; in such cases the Buyer will be informed.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are made through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit card, debit card
- Your credit card details are processed by iyzico in accordance with PCI DSS standards. Dryvatec cannot see or store your card details.
- Installment options are determined according to the options offered by iyzico during the order.
- The order amount is charged upon confirmation of the order.
5. Delivery Terms
- Courier company: MNG Kargo
- Shipping fee: free shipping on all orders within Türkiye
- Delivery time: 1-5 business days from order confirmation (may vary depending on stock)
- Delivery area: all provinces within the borders of Türkiye
- The tracking number is notified by email and/or SMS when the order is shipped.
- Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer. The Seller is not responsible for delays arising from an incorrect address.
- If the packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, it is recommended that a report be drawn up in the presence of the courier and that the product not be accepted.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Turkish Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
6.1. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
- Notice of withdrawal must be made in writing to info@dryvatec.com.tr.
- The product must be in its original packaging, unused and unopened.
- The original or a copy of the invoice must be sent together with the product to be returned.
- Following the notice of withdrawal, the product must be returned within 10 days.
6.2. Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
- Products whose packaging has been opened, that have been used or mixed
- Products specially prepared in line with the Consumer's requests
- Products that by their nature cannot be returned or that may deteriorate quickly
6.3. Returns and Refunds
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the full price of the product is refunded to the Buyer within a maximum of 14 days from the date the product reaches the Seller. The refund is made using the payment method used (credit card/debit card).

7. Warranty Terms
- The products sold are subject to the statutory warranty provisions under the legislation of the Republic of Türkiye.
- If a manufacturing defect is found in the products, the product is replaced free of charge or its price is refunded.
- Damage resulting from application contrary to the instructions for use is outside the scope of the warranty.
- The technical specifications and application instructions of the products are stated on the product pages and product labels.

8. Limitations of Liability
- Dryvatec is not responsible for damages arising from the use of the products not in accordance with the instructions for use.
- The Seller cannot be held liable if the agreement cannot be performed due to force majeure (natural disaster, war, pandemic, legal regulations, etc.).
- In the case of order errors that may occur due to technical faults on the Site, the Seller has the right to cancel the order by notifying the Buyer of the situation.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design, software, graphics, logos, text and images on the dryvatec.com.tr site belong to or are licensed to Dryvatec Su Yalıtım. Unauthorized copying, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
10. Dispute Resolution
In disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction up to the value announced by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, and the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction for disputes exceeding this value.
In the event of a dispute, the Buyer may submit their application to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at their place of residence or where the consumer transaction was carried out.
11. Entry into Force
This agreement enters into force on the date it is approved electronically by the Buyer. The agreement is deemed to have been performed upon delivery of the order and payment of the price.
By placing an order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
