Do you have a clear waterproofing product for terraces and façades?

General

No. Dryvatec products are designed for damp in walls and for basement and concrete waterproofing; we do not have a clear water repellent for tiled terraces, joints or painted façades. On terraces, the real protection against rain and snow is terrace waterproofing; clear repellents only protect the surface and do not replace the membrane underneath.

If there is a leak in the room below the terrace, a stain on the ceiling or wetness around a window, the problem is water ingress: see upper floor, ceiling and window damp. Send us photos and we will assess the source with you.

How do I repair and paint walls and ceilings after the damp has been fixed? Does insurance cover flooding or damp damage? Do you offer on-site surveys?
